East Asian Gynecologic Oncology Trial group (EAGOT) is an international research organization focused on treatment for gynecological cancer in East Asian women.
The purpose of EAGOT is to coordinate and conduct international clinical trials in order to provide the best treatment for
East Asian women who are affected by gynecological cancer. EAGOT is formed by national clinical trial groups in East
Asia—Japanese Gynecologic Oncology Group (JGOG), Korean Gynecologic Oncology Group (KGOG), Chinese
Gynecological Cancer Society (CGCS), and Taiwanese Gynecologic Oncology Group (TGOG).
EAGOT focuses on academic clinical trials, translational research, rare disease research, and for clinical trials revolving
around multinational studies in East Asia.
